Hello Wali, hope you are well. Could you plz share since ur investing into stake for 2 years. Has any of your properties been exited in these 2 years? If yes, did you really get approx 50% returns on that exit as most of the properties claim? The reason I am asking this question is that I want to invest a big amount in stake but their team says 5 years, but of course I don’t want to hold my money for that long. So on an average, as their exit properties timelines show, do they really exit on an average of 2 years? All kind of properties . Thanks
@@khalidishaq3351 stake does not work in a separate universe. I don’t think most ready Dubai properties would not do 50% appreciation in 2 years as of now. Even if it does, your returns will not be of this magnitude because of fee and cost associated.
@@WaliKhan_2k ok let me rephrase the question, as this wasn’t what I meant to ask. My question was around liquidity of stake properties , let’s minus the appreciation or profits in this equation. So based on your 2 plus years of experience with stake, do they really exit in an average of 2 years? As most properties on their website that has exited had a window of approx 2 years. That’s what I was trying to ask 😊
