Thanks TF, Enjoyed that, and who doesn't like a bit of steam train nostalgia that takes us back to a time when everyone was rich, lived in big houses and had enough coal to keep em warm through the winter 🚂 😉😉. Looking forward to the return journey 👍
The bridalway your man mentioned from Addingham to Skipton is worth a visit. Also recently did Earby to Wycoller and up to Widdop Res really nice ride..had to zig zag one of the fields it was that steep 😬
Cheers Andy. Next vid is the other way around. But added an extra bit on. From the black hill carpark I descended down to Bolton abbey. Which turned out to be a lovely trail.
Lots of lines. It can be as techie or smooth as you like. We took the smooth fastest line. There is also I trail going down the cliff face side which I’d like to have a go at some day
Embsay crag is my back yard. Have a ride up to Rylstone cross and Cracoe memorial. But leave it later in the day so it's quiet as the bobble hats don't like footpath poaching.
@@TrailFinder I have to agree. I think I will stick to the North York moors this weekend and save this route (or the next one you do from here) for a dryer day!
@@owenjohn1192 funny you’ve said that. As this coming Thursdays video while riding through that cow field, I do say that this would be terrible in the wet 😂😂
@@TrailFinder I will be watching as We made a bit of a mistake after the cow field coming down the other side. It will be interesting to see where we went wrong!
@@TrailFinder Tamworth, about 15 miles north east of Birmingham. We’ve got Cannock chase and Sutton park locally but I like the sort of xc that you do up on the moors. 👍
I definitely need to get out of the mindset of 'shit, I'm going uphill now, slam it into first gear pronto' - my fitness has remained the same level for too long now

Nice one Andy 👍 good to see some footage of the local ..

Another cracking video. Always great for showing me new places to ride 👍👍
Cheers tony
That last descent looks ace mate. Great video 👍

My local, this one. Hope you got the reverse leg done before it all turned to gloop. I avoid this descent to Flasby unless it's pretty dry.
I did and it was prime
Looks a great loop. Looking forward to the next one in opposite direction.
Next vid Steve
Nice one Andy been waiting to see this one, nice and local for me will wait to see the return video!!
Next video mark 😁
Dont forget to call in at the Angel at Hetton 😂 Love this area but not been in a while, it’s gotten as busy as the lakes in Summertime.
amazing andy so jealous you can go everywhere while I watch at home doing homework
I’ll have plenty of rides for you to have a go at when your old enough to drive
Where did you buy that storage bag in the frame, I can’t seem to find one for a full suss bike, thanks
I got it from ibis as it’s especially for the ripmo
@@TrailFinder thank you, been looking for a decent one for ages. Thinking of trying some of your routes, just got a polar V650 🤞 it works ok
@@mark-yorkshiredrone I used to use this on my old bike before I got the ripmo

🤣🤣 I’ll take a look. Thanks for the tip
This one looks very interesting
Looks like I have found my ride for Saturday, a bit easier than what I did last Saturday.
Just keep in mind that I’d say this was not a wet weather ride.

Same with me until I started going up in harder gears. You won’t believe how bike fit you will get in a short space of time
@@TrailFinder sounds like a plan for this weekend
Another top ride.
When your arms look like pipe cleaners you have got to roadie fitness level!!
😂😂 don’t think my belly will ever look like a roadies though
Excellent!
