Oh my God I cannot wash inside my navel, like I just can’t, I get irritated not to vomit o but my body just feels somehow when I even touch it not to talk of use sponge to wash inside. I don’t know any other methods you recommend by not touching it sha
Some medical articles support not having your birth everyday and the reason is this 'there are some normal flora on the skin that helps the skin and washing it away may lead the skin to infections. However,you can't follow all medical rules
