Loved this, thank you so much! This answered alot of my questions. I was hired at a facility that specializes in memory care and orientation starts March 18th and I'm excited, but nervous! Im not a cna yet and didn't know what orientation wld entail. Like do I take classes, or where wld I take classes. Stuff like that! The facility is paying for my education and it takes Abt 4-12 weeks here in Washington. I'm excited to meet the residents and once I'm certified the director specifically said they need a medication aide and that wld be a good fit for me with more training. I can't wait for orientation! Sorry this is such a long message, I have no one to talk to that's been there like you 😆💜 thanks again

Hi sis..! Im an RN and currently working in Dubai, I have 2 kids and a husband also living in Dubai with me. I would like to ask your advice since you are working as a CNA in the US if is it a good stepping stone for my career since I do not have an NCLEX . I have been interviewed with a recruitment agency for a CNA position...
Hi sis!!! For me I think it's a great stepping stone... but my advice for you is if you still wanna stay there in Dubai it would be be best for you to process your CES Application through CGFNS so that you can the the NCLEX RN.. however, if you are hired from that CNa position it would be a great chance for you too!!! And as soon as you come here try to process your CGFNS so you can take the NClex exam and become a nurse here. . .
