I am also terrified for my nursing journey, we only get 2 weeks to shadow someone 😭 i also attended my unit last week to meet my new manager as the old one literally just left and he was so nice so I was really sad he left, I got to my unit and when I came home I now don't want to go back, put it that way 😭

I feel you, ma'am... I actually feel that way too. But often, it's just us thinking that way. You sounded like you express yourself well, so I can't really tell what's bothering you. You'll become more confident when you're on your own because you'll be able to create your own strategies and routine. You can do it! No one is ever really fully prepared. And there's still so much more to learn; it's never-ending. All the best maam😊🫡🇺🇸

Omg I am so happy to see this video. I graduated in Phils. 2008 and Phil.RN. I have been in US since 2012 I but never took my NCLEX. I am planning to go back to Nursing too and planning to take NCLEX. Did you have to go through CGFNS and I wonder if I need to go get a refresher course?

What is your overall score in bootcamp?

I wish we could extend ours 😢 thats amazing you get to do that! Our preceptorship is so different in the UK - we are on preceptorship up to 12 months BUT we are on our own 🙃 we have a thing called supernumerary where we aren't on our own but thats onky 2 weeks!! After 2 weeks in our job we are on our own! Our preceptorship means that we have someonw to go to to ask questions and get skills signed off etc but the only time we arent alone is just 2 weeks 🙃 I start my job in 11 days and im TERRIFIED 😭😭😭
