The ADA requires those sorts of accommodations for individuals with actual medical conditions limiting their ability to wear a face mask properly. That one guy clearly is more worried about fashion than safety, as someone with a pre-existing condition would do everything in their power to ensure they don’t catch a virus which would impact them even more than the normal person.
