Mimi! Here's the recipe for a sweet green juice that you would LOVE. If you have a juicer, try it :). 4-5 Stalks of celery, 2-3 handfuls of kate, 1.5-2 apples and 1 inch or more of ginger root. SO GOOD. It looks green, but it tastes super sweet. This makes about 16-32oz depending on the juicer that you use. You can also buy this at The Juice Spot. It's called Greenergy. Enjoy my friend!

I havent had a chance to visit Big Sur, but next time you visit California visit Point Lobos(State Natural Reserve) in Carmel, its a beautiful place too with a few trails that are super fun to hike. :) Love your videos, they are very calming.

The landscape and nature in California is almost exactly similar to my country's, Cyprus, and sometimes when I see photos of people in California it takes me a few seconds to realise they're not in Cyprus haha! and the crazy thing is that these two places are in two completely different parts of the world, one in the Americas and the other one in the Mediterranean sea.
