Nice video Scott. Sometimes it's better when things don't go according to plan, generally you learn more. Got to admire how you do most of this stuff one-handed, on a picnic table and in the open. Brilliant!! Thanks for taking the time to do these vids on the Freelander 2. Stacks of useful info!
Interesting; my first thoughts until you lubricated the mechanisms within the lights are either the bulbs are too heavy for the motor to adjust being they have cooling fans on the back. Second thought, again down to them having fans but less likely imo; heat produced by them is causing an issue in a confined closed space for the motor mechanism? (I always assumed leds run cooler than older type filament bulbs just a passing thoughts as i say)..
They aren’t hitting the covers. I thought they were and had been reliably informed by several well known FL2 experts that they would hit. That’ll teach me for believing things people say on the internet!

the trick is for the headlight adjusters to use white lithium grease with a "Q" tip 🙂
did the covers come with the new headlights and were they led headlights? hmm it doesn't look like the bulbs are hitting the cover???

Did you not get the Auxito’s?? You don’t get such issues
Yes, but they are H7 and 16000 lumens, way too bright for dip and wrong fitting. I will try them in my main beam later today.
