How to fix the plaster in a heated ceiling!

Recently repaired a ceiling from water damage in a 1950's house with heated hydronic tubes in it. A bit of a challenge but also noticed there wasn't much info online about the process. Rock lath ceiling with gypsolite and drywall mud repair over the falling down water damage around a chimney and holes from electrical work
