This young man has an amazing mind and when he speak his words touch my soul and nourish my spirit. He has my respect for his efforts to awaken us all. So glad yall posted THIS episode on youtube. Cuz so many people NEED TO HEAR THIS MAN SPEAK. Yahki has taught me so much. I'm trying to find a man like Yahki. But I heard you should write a list of everything you want your partner to be amd then become that list. That way anything you're asking for, you're also capable of maintaining those things yourself. So I have a LONG way to go. I haven't changed my diet. I have sickle cell disease so I take medications. Im still on narcotics (opiods) techincally loratab as well as other medicine. I want to start my health journey and I realize anything that comes out my mouth will just me an excuse. Ive watched hours of this mans videos and have learned a lot about the way the body works and what we should be putting into our bodies and minds. So glad yall posted THIS episode on youtube. Cuz so many people NEED TO HEAR THIS MAN SPEAK. Yahki has taught me so much. I'm trying to find a man like Yahki. But I heard you should write a list of everything you want your partner to be amd then become that list. That way anything you're asking for, you're also capable of maintaining those things yourself. So I have a LONG way to go. I haven't changed my diet. I have sickle cell disease so I take medications. Im still on narcotics (opiods) techincally loratab as well as other medicine. I want to start my health journey and I realize anything that comes out my mouth will just me an excuse. Ive watched hours of this mans videos and have learned a lot about the way the body works and what we should be putting into our bodies and minds. And I just wanna say if Yahki ever looks at comments or anyone from the 85 South show I just wanna say thank you for being a pillar for the boack community. For spreading knowledge and laughter and love for us all to enjoy. For putting yourselves out there. We appreciate yall🫶

Love and Light to Yahki ✨and the patience he displayed during this circus called an interview. It started off so good and just went down hill as the weed started to kick in. This interview really frustrated me due to how foolish these grown men acted while Yahki was trying to drop precious jewels on us. I wish they would’ve respected his time and the amount of energy/time he put into studying the human (Melanated) body. I wonder if they would’ve acted like this if Dr. Sebi was the one dropping the much needed knowledge and wisdom ? I surely hope not. I like 85 South but this really showed me and the viewers how much growing up is needed in our community or else we’ll never see positive change, only repeated cycles💯
