THANKYOU SO MUCH!! I struggled so hard to get firmware to update but NOWHERE says you only need to copy firmware folder to SD card. How are you with Snapbridge - the other bane of my life :)
Sometimes SnapBridge works great Dave then some times it won’t connect. Lately though I’ve had no issues. Try uninstalling the app reboot your phone then install the app and try again. Good luck 🤞🏻👍🏻🤣
Hi Alison. Try installing winrar to your pc then when you right click on the file it will open up and show the firmware file you need. Good luck and thanks for contacting me 👍

I cannot get the compressed file to open on my windows laptop. It just hangs every time. I've tried re-downloading, it's the same. Please help!
