The actor portraying Rafiki is so articulate and wise, I love how he made the film a part of himself. The Lion King is a global story but it's mainly about Africa and dedicated to all Africans and their legacy, I found it so moving. And also Lebo M came from South Africa during the time of apartheid, I think he was injustly imprisoned for a time, imagine not being able to create his opening masterpiece.
Tbh if Beyonce even was there the interviewer wouldn't have asked her that many questions. You got to think about it. She plays the voice of a character so there isn't much that can be asked, besides the fact that she made songs for the soundtrack. Yeah she would've been the main attention but it's really about the ppl that actually make movies like this that put it all together. And here, it's all about turning a classic movie into a real live version

She agreed to go to the premiere and she even agreed to go to the European premiere (I think knowing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would be there motivated her to go). A lot of the main cast didn’t come to the European premiere so here she did more than the others which was wonderful. She looked stunning and happy at that premiere.
I just went to see this movie tonight, & oh WOWIE!😃. It is a beautiful, awesome movie..,the art, the graphics, the photography, the filming, the musicians & singers, the actors, the voices, the emotions...It IS so very wonderful, & I loved it immensely💖. The movie can be watched in 3D also, and I am going again in a few days to watch this movie again, in 3D, and that will be an amazingly fun experience! 😃 The people who created this new version of Lion King are, in my opinion, sheer creative geniuses. 💖💖💖.

I'm always a huge fan of The Lion King (1994) since i was a kid. But the only thing i can say about the remake, The Lion King (2019) is that... It's a failure, definitely not the legendary The Lion King i knew of. It was like watching National Geographic with some voice casts and musics that being played at cinema. No emotions & feelings roller coaster swing, dead romance atmoshpere, personally only found 2 comedy scenes that actually is funny, etc. The only good thing other than the visual effect & CGI which is definitely great is, thank you for whoever held the idea to NOT CHANGING the first 5 minutes part of the movie, and the circle of life song (there are small minor change, but still acceptable).
