Fun Fact: later on, theres an episode that references the guy who took off with the rickshaw, the one where George took a book into the bathroom, when a lady says "we're trying to help the homeless here. It's bad enough that we have some nut out there trying to strap them to a rickshaw"

Seinfeld was one of the last TV series that I watched religiously, and I'm guessing I've seen every episode at least a dozen times.
This stuff never, ever gets old.

I find the scene with the rickshaw containing a terrified Newman speeding down the street to be one of the funniest Seinfeld moments. Sometimes simple physical comedy is the funniest.

What about the homeless? They have an intimate knowledge of the streets. They are always just walking around...we can just strap a rickshaw to them. With one visionary moment Kramer solves the homeless problem.

.... in today's age with the "job shortage", I don't think the lack of job opportunities is a factor for the homeless.
Primary reason for the homeless problem is the availability of drugs. Unless we put an end to that, we have no hope of solving the homeless problem.
