Kuzko was actually 100% within the right to fire Yzma. She WAS sitting on the emperor's throne. In Mayan and Toltec societies, that was punishable by death, so he went easy on her

I love how kuzko has a realistic arc. He doesn’t get all soppy and nice at the end, he’s still got his pride. He won’t outright tell Pacha he was wrong, but says that his village doesn’t sing. His cheeky way of saving face while still admitting he was wrong :)
The only way it would be acceptable is if they made the original Kingdom of the Sun instead and used the original recording of Yzma's cut villain song.

when you show the slomo scenes it just makes me appreciate the amazing animation even more than i already did, like at the end of the video when kuzko's earings are swaying. its just soo gud
