Steve feels unreadable. Any suggestions against this matchup?

Steve is one of those characters who are very difficult to read unless you lab his key moves in practice mode.
Now we have replays in control we can lab different situation during the replays. Above all if there is a character who is really difficult to read even after the lab just start playing that character by yourself for a couple of days or a week. Then see the difference.

I play steve, you can dick jab and stop his offense. Crouching is pretty low risk as well and crushes a lot of his moves
