    Best First Lady in US history. She was also a human rights champion. The United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights is one of her legacies.

      Eleanor Roosevelt grew up in a political family and was trained by a teacher in England to enter public service. I don't think she would ever want to have been a stay at home wife. I hope Franklin thanked her before he died because he would've never had a political career without Eleanor's intelligence, shrewd, and her vast network.

      They were fifth cousins, so not bad at all to where their children would be affected genetically. It’s couples that are
