From a dude doesn’t know crap about making music, but been listening to this movie’s soundtrack since the 80s… Dude, do one of the Duke’s Theme, when he rolls in with the chandeliers on his hood, and the end bridge chase scene… splice them into this chronologically, and add in low-volume the opening female voice describing the prison…
I took a picture angled just like this on the Staten Island Ferry on the aft side of the boat in 1986 when I was 6 years old. It was a beautiful blue sky day. Native New Yorker, knew the city would get bad again one day like it is today...and the skyline doesn't feel the same again. For now, I'm still here and I appreciate the good people and things in my life. Where to next..."maybe later".

Hollywood take note. Story line is just so so (some may even say bad ) But the actors and actresses nailed their rolls 100% and add to that a truly wonderful soundtrack that just fits the films ambiance like a velvet glove and the result is a time tested classic. Loved this movie.
Between the hazy, nuke-polluted looking sky, the single light on the ESBldg, it's moonpath. Add the almost futuristic/desolate/haunting rendition of the music, I would way you have a complete masterpiece! Think I'll take this journey often. Than You!
