Hello, only two color no ink out after I cleaned it, but i believe i already plug them tightly . May you know what is the problem? Am I do something wrong?

hi friend, the procedure in this video is special cleaning, not the cleaning we do normally. Usually we only need to click "clean" in the software and the printer will do iton its own.
