I buy inulin/oligofructose in 20 kg sacks, for me alone. I take around 70g/day. I also love all kinds of vegetables. Our "gut-brain" is just as important as our "head brain". I eat loads of fat fish and almost zero vegetable oil. My omega-6:omega-3-ratio is 2.4:1 :-) I buy 50 kilos of cattle bone/year. Simmer for 72 hours (90°C). Reduce 80% and freeze in 300ml portions. Extremely healthy and make gourmet bouillon, soups, stews, gravy ++. Trying to stay low carb/keto. All my other fatty acid markers/numbers are fantastic.
