Some do remember without external help memories from other lives and even as spirits for reasons, like predetermined in soul agreements. Older generations usually dont remember because Earth is too dense. The denser or more materialized, the more fragmented the soul consciousness is as its natural state is expansive, aware and all-knowing, so we only have a fragment of it here. The Earth's ascension progress is allowing people to be born more aware today. Memories are not wiped, the soul knows it all and can be accessed as well through hypnosis techniques for example.

@@gribwitch Well. This ascension is all about feeling your energetic crystalline body. Honestly, I’ve just recently been able to identify the frequencies and what it feels like to me. It takes practice and dedication to daily meditation and affirmations for me to feel the vibrations. However, to answer ur question, it feels like a rush/flood of excitement. I feel hopeful and happy. I feel excitement and ease in my heart( chest area) (Heart chakra area). And I feel this strong feeling even though I might have some major uncomfortable things happening around me. For example. The love frequencies help us remember that all is well, I’m safe, and each moment I can be new. 🤍 I hope this helps. Please let me know 🙂💡🙏🏾

I admit I've not been meditating or doing any "inner work", but I don't believe that is why. Because these energies are supposed to be for EVERYONE on the planet, and most people don't meditate or do spiritual actions. yet they are feeling it. Or some are. yet not me.
I feel discriminated against. I never get any of the help they keep telling us is available to us. I thought God can do anything. But I must be a hard nut for Him to crack ?

I would think that we have to do the work ourselves. It's only natural. Although one video has Ashtar stating that if the "gray hats" don't step up and arrest the "black hats", the galactic federation may have to step in and bring them to a galactic court in order to expedite the ascension process; since the natural order of ascension seems to be taking too long for some on earth.
