    Is this supposed to be performed as a pre leg workout warm up ?

      Hi Kevin. Yes, it would be best to include this exercise in your warm up/prehab on leg day to prepare/warm up your patella tendon for the loading it will undertake during your leg session.

    I did body weight squads but my knees feel really tired now and they hurt. Is rhat good or bad?

      If the exercise continues to cause pain you may need to see a medical professional (physiotherapist) to assist.

      @@TRIAXPerformance physio always told me to take rest, i did that for like 2 months now and still pain.
