I am a power lifter and fitness trainer. I have been exercising for over 50 years and my arms are 15 inches. I weigh 80 kilos I don't have big muscles like a bodybuilder. I never use steroids I'm 67 years old now and I look good and I'm completely healthy.

So, I usually have something to say on these videos because I respect these doctors so much. This was a good episode to show that these guys are now your average plastic surgeon’s. I know there are doctors out there who will do surgery even when they should not. I love the professionalism of these two doctors. They have shown in every episode that I’ve watched, that they always have the patients best outcomes in mind. When you’re dealing with someone who has so much silicone in their body, I suspect that there is a risk even putting them under them under aesthetic. I could be wrong, but I do know from past episodes that silicone can really play havoc with the auto immune system.

Oh dear... So much is wrong. The boyfriend's abs look HORRIBLE. The other guy's teeth are ridiculous and his arms are weird, weird, weird. None of it looks good or remotely natural. Their surgeries/procedures were certainly "botched". In my experience, corticosteroid injections can often help to reduce the size of granulomas -- and sometimes eliminate them completely (for smaller granulomas). Not always. But, would be worth a try before any surgical remedies.
I was shocked to find out that Dr Nassif had plastic surgery, he looks so natural! Dr Dubrow on the other hand, has gone too far. I hope Dr Nassif doesn't follow that path.

I can't be alone in immediately thinking this means he went to one single practitioner for all of these things, and that all this practitioner could do was silicone injections. That's no way to earn a legitimate reputation. When he put "doctor" in air-quotes it confirmed everything. It's just some person with a needle and access to this junk and needles. His arms are big, but they don't look muscular, nor do they look like they have a lot of fat. They don't resemble anything that occurs naturally. These fly-by-night jabbers prey on dysmorphia and will play along in a way that delivers only short-term satisfaction.

That's no way to earn a legitimate reputation. When he put "doctor" in air-quotes it confirmed everything. It's just some person with a needle and access to this junk and needles. His arms are big, but they don't look muscular, nor do they look like they have a lot of fat. They don't resemble anything that occurs naturally. These fly-by-night jabbers prey on dysmorphia and will play along in a way that delivers only short-term satisfaction.
