When I was a little lad residing in the North Bronx section of Woodlawn Avenue in the late 80s; I can recall treasuring rainy afternoons, as I would stay indoors and color with crayons in my coloring books, play with toys and games, AK.
I love the sound and quality of the video and you show me old buildings and sites of Astoria and Long Island City that I have never seen before in my life. I used to live on Cresent Street across the street from the Catholic High school as a kid and then to the Acropolis in 1976 to 1977 and as a baby and toddler on 21 avenue and 27 street at the Marine Terrace apartments. Those are great memories. Love this video. I miss NYC a lot. The last time I was there was in 2008.

That gal who ran the red light at Broadway and 29th Street had to cross the double yellow line and drive on the wrong side of the road to do so. Luckily we didn't get to witness a major accident there. Congrats on the 60K subscribers.

At roughly 34:10, the driver of what looks like a Porsche Cayenne Turbo demonstrates exactly why civilian (personally owned) vehicles should be prohibited within NYC.
I get that the driver was trying to get through a traffic jam. People get stuck behind other vehicles or are late for the light, so they speed through, potentially causing accidents. If civilian vehicles were prohibited, traffic congestion wouldn't be nearly as bad.

Sorry, I place mid-roll ads on my videos to compensate for my time and effort in making the videos.
ActionKid they’re not really an issue on the narrated videos, just the non-narrated. Throw them at the beginning -otherwise it’s just a bothersome interruption to a calm, fun experience.
