Okay. So we sell a lot of hair and sometimes a bundle or two come back as “bad”. I deal with each client directly and handle any issues since as a manufacturer I know there is a possibility of my team at the factory making a few pieces subpar, simply due to the large volume of daily Wefting and Closure/frontal construction. I’ve sold human hair so long that I know when a client is mishandling or improperly caring for their hair.
