I remember the first property from a while back, but it a nice to revisit and his reaction when you gave him that flag. After all the negative information about the homeowner she was nothing like the neighbors said she was. That was another memorable property. I absolutely love watching the interactions between the two of you, the love and mutual respect is bright shining example for all of us.
I miss doing mowing and trimming in a yard. We are now in an association and they do it, so I miss it.
