Urad dal papad - 4
Onion -1/2 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Green chilli -1 tsp
Garlic -1 tsp
Ginger -1 tsp
Bay leave - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
