Its a doosan. Im assuming you dont run these maybe a sales man?
Im looking at buying a machine comparable or possibly this doosan but you just showd a good reason to not buy a rental.
No I’m not a salesman lol but I work at a dealer. Not a full time operator. Did it for a little bit as a laborer for a construction company few years back. Doosan makes it but manufactured and marketed as Bobcat. Buying a rental unit is good if you are looking for cheaper pieces of equipment and don’t want to spend full price but should definitely beware of the condition

Its a gamble for sure. How long did it run low on fluid how low was it, why was it low, did customer fix issue apparently rental outfit didnt kind thing.
Rent machines but dont buy rental machines
Usually they are pretty good at checking fluids and such. This one was run low because customer managed to bend the thumb cylinder rod
