I agree with you about the Natlan stuffs, Mavuika's kinky suit, and the flying motorbike it's like we're not playing Genshin anymore, I do have Mavuika and I just use her as an off-field Pyro applicator with my team of Raiden, Furina, and Nahida, it's kinda fun just standing around and the enemies are just dyin'.
I love the motorcycle.. I think people forget the Ruin Guards and Khanrea'hh had tons of advanced machinery. Not to mention Fontaine's Clockwerk Mecha. And TLoZBoTW had a motorcycle too. But you can like or hate the Motorcycle and that's fine as you are entitled to your opinion.
Rosaria only gives 15% crit rate if Rosaria herself is crit capped so at 60% crit rate your Rosaria is only giving 9% so you`re overcaping by less that 1 substat

I was one of those who swore never to pull for her. The bike was too out of place, the glowing hair was too goofy, the suit wasn't IT.... but here I am with C1R1 Mav and a C0 Citlali to support her lmaooo. I don't know - they suddenly got me. It was weird at first surely but after I got used to it, I suddenly couldn't function anymore without it.

She does feel janky when you have to fight little mobs with her (lol I explored Sumeru desert earlier today and her charged attacks just kept getting stuck). I just don't take her hypercarry team with her when I play her to explore OR just use her E and Citlali's E together for an AFK mode mob fight. So far, she's very fun for me.

the reason we use the melt reaction with her is because the melt reaction buffs 1.75 while the vape reaction buffs 1.5, but we don't have good cryo applicators like hydro, we didn't have that, because now we have citlali

Melt mavuika has a very strange rotation. After your burst ends you need to jump to let your cryo apply then do 4 charged attacks before jumping AGAIN and charged attacking once more. Its not too difficult and allows for 4 melts, hopefully this can make her feel less underwhelming

On the end of the video, dont forget that Arlecchino also reruns in 17 days or so. that's prob better for new players, she works out of the box, no Natlan nightsoul cringe, just pure pyro on fielding with elegance
@@Ralirmavuika is better for new players cuz the pyro application off Field aspect without er and also the sinders city she gives 40% dmg bonus and even with half her burst it gives 20% dmg buff ain't hard to get with her solo it's fine if you don't use it sometimes and supports always better than dps. Btw both of them work great together with no natlan support mavuika gets her burst back through her night soul and arle normals

It's nice to see other people who aren't a fan of the motorbike. I quite like the suit, her hair is cool as is everything but the bike I just don't like. Not to mention I really don't like her playstyle on the bike, the combat feels janky at least to me it does and movement also feels really bad at top speed. Other than that I do like her, but I won't be pulling for her cause I'm more interesting in getting C1 Citlali. I already have C2 Hu Tao and a possible chance at getting Arlecchino if I can't get another 5 star on Citlalis banner for whatever reason so I also just don't need Mavuika (yes I know how strong she is, I don't care)
Mavuika seems like fun but I’m personally not pulling for her, since I really have no natlan characters, and to be honest her outfit looks so weird. Personally doesn’t say ‘archon’ to me
Loved the vid, chill vibes. Can't decide between pulling her or just getting Xilonen. Not a fan of the bike either. Mostly trying to fill an exploration slot beside Sayu, so when she's on cd I can just switch to someone else, use their skill and rotate. Others I'm thinking about are Yelan and Xianyun for that role. Water I can cover with Furina, mountains Kachina? Not sure how good she is compared to Xilonen outside Natlan for that. Sky - don't care I can just glide. Also, to me it seems like C0 Mavuika is not that useful in Natlan either. Feel like I could just use Xilonen for traversal, for flying I'd need the bird anyway for better handling and vertical movement, water Furina as said so that leaves what? Nothing, unless I'm missing something... (don't have any Natlan 5 stars)
Honestly if characters i really wanted weren't rerunning this patch then i'd probably try and get mavuika for her offield application. I have been really enjoying Citali on my alt account though.
Got 36 pity, a guarantee & 90+ pulls... and none of it is for Mav, finally I make up for the 50/50 loss on Chino's banner. If I have enough left I might try for Shenhe too although C1 Chino is very tempting.
Mavuika is definitely not a good choice for new players. The fact that she has to have a natlan character in the party to utilize her kit sucks. Arlecchino is a better choice. She has so many teams she could be played in and is not stunned locked into other fontaine characters. Plus she's easy to play and has a high damage ceiling. She's the 2nd most powerful dps in the game besides neuvillette. So imo it's way better for new players to go for Arlecchino
@@jojolyneee As someone who’s built both. I can’t really suggest Arlecchino as a better FTP option either other than white tassel being FTP friendly with her. Until she’s fully built its far to easy to get whittled down, and you can’t heal, making over-world DoTs frustrating. This forces you to pull a shielder, and to not run a healer. So if you’re trying to build up Arle you’re as stuck pulling a shielder as much as mavuika is stuck pulling Citlali or Xilonen.

i think its a bit unfair to mavuika (and hoyo kind of) to be so "ugh the motorcycle doesnt feel like genshin" when honkai has had multiple characters that have alternate modes of transportation, one of which is a motorcycle, and they are very loved. honkai is the genshin before genshin, so personally i think its only right for them to continue in its footsteps with character design, just like it always has (venti, ei, yae, several others, and now HoR)
