I find it disgraceful how all the other comments are agreeing with you in the most condescending tone possible; this is legit a “Why y'all booing me? I'm right!” scene.
Half the people are claiming you aren't paying your employees enough when you are legit simply stating “People are not perfect, even machines are not always perfect, otherwise they would never need repairs. Everyone in the company has a reason to be there, or they would not be there; even the CEO needs to help out sometimes.” yet, none of these people realize that said CEO is also a human who also has their own flaws.
You legit got a better head for business than all these other comments on this video. I'm leaving a like and subscribing.

That’s a correct analysis. I appreciate it. For the record I’m a Union Contractor in NYC so I pay the highest labor wages in the country. Amazing how the opposite is assumed. Like I said, nobody is 100%.

No one is 100% because the job either isnt paying that much, or the medical benefits suck

Exactly, you want 100%, pay 100%.

Have you tried actually paying a decent wage?
    I doubt it.

No employers are paying for 40% of the effort they expect. Employers in the trades are going to learn very quickly they will have to raise wages or go bankrupt because there is a far greater need for tradesmen than the number of tradesmen in the workforce. You personally speak about employees in a very condescending tone like you are better than them.

Oh so the supply of labor is dropping? What does that do to the price of labor? Does it raise the price? Does it increase the value of he commodity that is my time? Would you like to compensate me woth middle-class wages and maybe some healthcare benefits? No? Alright, have fun with your failing business.

More like cheap hands with the pay.
