Def doing it in the wrong direction, but appreciate the video effort. Link to the tool?

I enjoyed your video. You are the only one i can find that has mounted truck tires that are more difficult to work with on one of these manual changers. You made it look doable. I have tried several times with my manual tire changer and failed without the swing arm attachment. Ive ordered the swingarm attachment and hope to be able make it all work. Thanks for the video.

I am having a really hard time doing a 235 75 15. I have this same setup with the aluminum centering cone. The top bead was easy to get out but I can’t get lower bead up on the duckbill with the tire irons

for the lower bead, you need to make sure that the opposite side of the tire is below the lower rim.

Also, I forget to mention that I can’t get duckbill inside the tire without the metal bracket hitting. Do I have to readjust the locking screws. Maybe I can send a picture. I would greatly appreciate some help. Also, thank you for your quick response

@@jimkhoury3346 try to angle it sideways so that it goes inside the tire. if not de[pending on tire size you may need a smaller bar? (( do not use screw drive )) as it will rip the bead.

Your rim looks bent. Counter clockwise to mount and dismount.

Hate to tell you but your turning it the wrong way you should turn it anti clockwise if you do it the correct way you wont need the tyre iron to get the tyre off the duck bill

You turned the head wrong way first and your bead isn't positioned correctly on the head.

@@TheFrugalHugelGardener You need to look at the video that the maker of the tool made you are doing it wrong that is why you are having to use a tyre at the end when you fitted the tyre.
