We ( Lee & Shane) are holiday home owners, we both have our own static caravan on the same site and when were not having a sneaky beer down the club were avoiding our wives by making these videos for a bit of fun!
So as you can tell we're not salesmen and we really dont give a monkeys if you buy one of these vans we feature on our channel... However if you are interested we recommend you speak to the sales lads at our site ask for the manager Blake he will look after you, and please mention us as we might get a free beer ;)

This is what I want.its cosier than a house. People around you.
I own this van. Its ideal for us a family of 5 with dogs, and yer mud does get brought in even with 12 by 8 decking, plenty room inside, easy to keep clean, its plain, but thats what i liked about it as in the future its easy for us to decorate when needed to keep it looking nice. Also its extrmely warm with the green award
Nice great to hear from someone with this model, both me and Lee currently own Willerby vans and they are excellent vans he's got the Malton and me the grassmere, all all 3 are pretty much the same in regards to bedrooms amd bathrooms in the 3 bed vans....
I have to admit I was a bit on the fence about this van.... Love the price but felt the openness of the design lacked creativity....
I think if memory serves me Lee loved it more.... we will be releasing our in depth thoughts next week
I loved having a nosey around a new van, and is good value for money when you consider some of the old ones you have shown us for that price!

I will be honest, when I first saw an Ellerton I thought what the the hell are they doing its like ikea made a caravan... but they have sort of grown on me. They look almost bomb proof from the outside with smaller windows that usual, and a fairly decent overhang meaning it should have no problem fending off the British weather for decades. As a weekender, family shares van it makes good sense. Especially if you are the sort to bugger off trampling muddy paths as an idea of fun as you should have no issues keeping it clean with a mop and cloths. Actually come to think of it, I think I know what this reminds me of. Just before the pandemic a few touring companies started playing around with more minimalist vans, aimed at the outdoors sporty folk. This would be the static version of those. No posh pelmets for Lee here, just somewhere for Shane to kick of his wellies.

@@MyStaticLife Not yet, still looking. A few months a go it seemed as soon as a van hit the market it sold. Now it seems like buyers have dried up a bit so there is no rush for me. That same caravan is £5k more expensive at Butlins... which is crazy. It shows how much we have to weigh up all the pro's and con's. My perfect van would be one that paid for the groundrent by hiring it out during school hols.
All this commentary is lacking are the words "it's not a caravan it's a Marks and Spencer's caravan" 😂

When I look at parkdean holiday parks it is coming up at 42,000 not 35,000 on your Sussex parks you do not say this in your TH-cam clip here...
Yeah parkdean did increase there price also depending on which park depends on the price, some charge loads more
