I love that you have soup with many meals. As a child I grew up eating my cultural subsistence foods in Alaska (I am indigenous) and a favorite soup was made with boiling fish heads for broth and small meat, dried seaweed that we harvested from the beach and salmon eggs. My grandma added naas (hooligan fish) oil to hers. So good.

We are humans, we can't be perfect, not even perfect parents,but what I have learned in my experience as a mother is that doubting my parental skills actually means that I am good parent, because it makes me try to be better. Life is full of regrets, we learn from our mistakes, from our parents' mistakes and hopefully our children will learn from ours.

I was helping my husband last weekend, I made a mistake that made my husband be able to put a part on the car faster and easier. It's what we call a happy mistake. Now this week we have to put the same part on the other side and we know how to do it easier and faster. Life is grand when we don't beat ourselves up over mistake. Cold Earl gray with lemon sound so elegant and refreshing! I want to give that a try! I usually just leave the tea bag inside the jar until I finish the tea. The tea bag I used is made for cold brew, so the tea is really mild. If you are using normal green tea, many half day or overnight will work! 🤗🎶

I am not a mother so I know I have no right to give advice but, I was a kid, so with my experience I think you are doing a great job. You are showing your boys how a woman behaves and your husband is showing how a man behaves, I believe most learning is done by observing so taking care of yourself and your family as well as you do is showing your boys well. In, my opinion.

Sounds delicious 😋 it’s similar to the Japanese Miso soup where we make with bonito or kelp broth and add seaweed and tofu for a basic Miso soup 😋
