    Upon my research into building a pondless waterfall, all the how-tos I came across were American. There is nothing wrong with that, but being Australian and my first time at an attempt in taking on a project of this size, it feels more at home to see an Australian video using the metric system. Plus I want that natural freshwater look which you've shown how to achieve. Great work lads!

    How do you “pump out” the dirty water? Also, not sure how to secure the liner at the very bottom over the aquablox because it buts up pretty close to the patio. Can I just fold it on to the aquablox and lay rocks over it? Just a few inches?

      Do I need to use the black sealant on the threads of the check valve when assembling it? Also, do I need to tighten past hand tight?

      Hand tight is enough, we use a little silicon on the permanent thread joints but not the coupling. It has a rubber sealing ring
