One of the best CVD videos I have watched, thanks! The orderflow and footprint elements are still hard for me but I think I am understanding better now.
Another great video. you mentioned tick chart on tradingview is not good can give an example of this and what you mean please. Really enjoying your channels, thanks
It’s only in beta with 4 preset sizes you can’t change. I have not tried it because it’s only available on their really expensive pro plans. So i would just consider it not available yet.
Trading view doesn't receive live futures data. It's 10 minutes behind the live market. You have to purchase the futures live feed if you're going to try to use trading view for live futures analysis. So, in purchasing the live feed you will then have proper charts to use.
Very useful and incorporating into my sierra charts as we speak. One question: Im guessing the study to use is "Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume". Do you use the default settings (eg. perform rolling calc, rolling calc length, reset at strat of day, reset at both session start times)? Thanks
If you are focused mostly on day trading futures then the Daytradibng with VP and Orderflow. The Market Profile course is like a more detailed complement to that one. Then the Trading with PA and VP course covers a lot of bases with a big focus on VP and Price Action going from basic level but then going to intermediate/advanced techniques. More applicable to any market and swing or short term trading.
I think CDV is a GREAT tool/indicator... But For Equities - It is slightly flawed... Since 45% to 55% of trades take place on Dark Pools where NO CDV can be calculated... and be included in bar sums or daily sums.
@@PriceActionVolumeTrader check CVD on your sierra chart to your tradingview!! Trading view should be sued for selling false shit scamming the retail & idiots!!
I would really want to know your thoughts on the CVD on trading view to me it look similar to like trade-ovate CVD so I would love to know if it is useable
I'm working on a future video to compare it vs Sierra Chart. TradingView will not be as reliable as a platform that has true tick data, but let's see how closely they seem.

01:40 - Orderflow definition
02:23 - Delta and CVD definitions

Yes, I just leave the default settings. I just change the colors a little bit to match my main chart.
Hi. I wonder what’s the best course I can buy from your list. I have some experience in trading already. Thanks.

Thanks for this video. Do You have a info on indicators CVD for MT4
I do not. I have never used any MT platforms
Super helpful explanation, I already subscribe. Can you please share what is your top 3 favorite Volume indicators? Thank you
So does the trading view CVD work as well?
It is not very accurate yet since they do not have true tick data.
@@PriceActionVolumeTrader even higher timeframe not reliable (30m, 1h, 4h, daily)? ty for reply.
This is mainly useful in lower timeframes I feel. I've never see anyone use them on timeframes higher than minutes.
Do you have a video on how to setup this study?
Not yet. But it's in the study list on Sierra. I believe it's just called Cumulative volume delta.
Is cvd available on tradingview for free
No. It’s under the premium and over plan.
if you search for CVD you'll find quite a few free ones

They have a clear explanation of how they calculate it. Yeah they are not the same. I have a video coming soon comparing them.
