Scarborough: Should YOU go there?

Scarborough was once one of the UK’s favourite summer tourist destinations, but that was before international travel became accessible to the masses. Is it still worth visiting? Or should you just get a cheap flight to Benidorm ; )

I was in this splendid city in 1989 and 1990. Guest of my dear cousins, who now live in Filey and have a restaurant, Ristorante Pizzeria Bella Italia

Eleven pounds fifty! You would have to be rich to pay that. Five or six pounds would be appropriate. You could buy some fish and chips for that price.

The Rotunda Museum and the art gallery are both crap. It's only £3 for an annual pass but even that is a waste.
