I was just making the case for the need for a defined process for business cases and project initiation as part of the project vetting and prioritization process. This is excellent and I plan to share this video with my colleagues. Thank you for providing this content.
I will be joining a new company next month and My role for them is to build business case, I am excited to create these documents and expand my BA skills and experience.
Listening to your deep-dive explanation takes me to a real environment working on a project. Thank you and more power to this community. BTW are you in Spotify? Would be nice to intently listen to your training contents without having to watch the video. =)
Yes, you can find our podcast show on spotify at the following link. This is a different from the material we publish here on youtube. open.spotify.com/show/1g7VkmCqEOX9UpSRALtDFf
I like your videos as they cover a lot of parts but I always get confused as I can't find your videos in sequence for people like me to learn this art. I started exploring your old video but some start with some topic & suddenly the next video is of a different topic which makes my mind more jumbled up. Many times I have come across clients, who just share BRD and give us a day to estimate the project and ask us to demo MVP within two weeks. In such an area how BA can perform all that you speak. We get an answer from our top management "Time is Money" we can't waste time in all these activities or documentation. My humble request to cover one topic that will give us a walkaround of how BA gets into the project, what all duties/roles/actions BA performed till the project gets deployed to production using Agile SDLC.
as an intern business analyst, is it wise for the company, telling you to write a whole 3 business case for a big project on crypto???? please be free to enlighten or correct me..
No. This is not what business analysts do. The business cases we produce of for enterprise solutions that an organization is looking to deploy. Crypto has so far not made any headway into the enterprise in any meaningful way.

I can’t thank you enough for guiding. Do u perhaps train and coach one on one as well??
Hi Reshma, we have group courses but no one on one training.
Does this apply in agile world as well??
Yes, the agile project gets initiated once the project has been funded through this process.
