Nier should be the first expected crossover character in anything at this point. Quite possibly the most whored out series, whether thats good or not ill leave it to someone else.

So for those confused on why Nier is collaborating with GBVSR. Around two years ago there was a survey/poll to request who they wanted in GBVS. There was also a question asking who players wanted GBVS to collab with and we never found out who won that spot… until today. It took two-ish years for them to make GBVSR, implement Rollback, decide who to add for the foreseeable future, add in Fall Guys (which was also teased around that time), and to get 2B into Rising. Fun fact: Emi Evans already worked with GBF, as she sung Zooey’s raid theme in that game.
The fact there's a playable character called Nier does help make it funnier.

Absolutely no one, NO ONE expected this at all, since guest characters were not on anyone's mind for this game.
Out of left field, came in like a wrecking ball and I love it.
I expected a collab character like the gacha games. I know the concept of a "Guest Fighter" isn't entirely new for fighting games, but it is the standard for Granblue Fantasy. Surprised it didn't happen in the first game, and even more surprised it was a third party collab before the first one, but I still expected it nonetheless.

We've seen a lot of NieR collabs on both console and mobile games. Another unexpected surprise since the NIKKE last September, and wow, 2B still has that charm in combat.
Tbh, A2 and the Nikke she was paired with, P12, carried the story in that Nikke event🗿💯

The original RPG Granblue Fantasy had crossovers before like Street Fighter, One Piece and Blazblue but I didn't expect this to happen and it's 2B and she's not only a Soul Calibur guest but a character who is also english voiced by Kira Buckland
I loved her in Soul Calibur VI and now I can love her in Granblue Fantasy VS
A collab with Nier for Granblue was long overdue - I didn't, however, expect 2B to be added in GBVS. I'm excited to get the costumes in GBF, though, and I'm always happy to hear Kira Buckland.

Tsutomu Narita-style Weight of the World... as a music fanatic, that's all I want from this dlc. If the music also plays when you set the skin in home screen in the mobile GBF, I'd buy both the game and the DLC.
