    Mat, I think I speak for us all when I say we'd love to see you commentate on some of your workouts from the Games. In particular, my favorite event I've seen was the Bicouplet from the 2018 Games. Would love to hear your thoughts on how you felt during that event.

    I think it's so much more interesting to commentate on your older workouts, as it means you pick holes in what your technique which helps us average crossfitters!

    I am a newbie to crossfit and I admire what you do, so I hope one day you will return to crossfit

    I remember watching this in 2015 and thinking 'these boys are red lining it here'....!
    That workout was truly grim. One of those that just hurt from the get go. I have never repeated it.

    Can anyone elaborate on what Mat’s referring to on the Concept 2 hack?

      In the vid he’s pushing hard w/ his legs AND pulling hard w/ his arms trying to get his Cals up
      The hack: reach far forward then push hard w/ your legs (use that to lengthen your body) BUT pull soft and quick w/ your arms and watch your cals fly up.
      If you look at Alex, his arm pull is soft and quicker than mats which is why he’s coming off the row first
      TL;DR : drive back hard as far you can with your legs, then a quick soft arm pull

    The thumbnail you’re using for these videos need to be updated to you in action. The graphic screen isn’t as effective as seeing Mat.

    Mat, why only showing/commenting wins. Why not losses? We’ve seen you posted videos now of beating Rich, beating this “amazing” rower who goes 2700 cals/hr, etc.. how about your losses?
