I would reply, "No, I played a Bill Matthews solo." Your playing is phenomenal. You don't need to be compared with others (though you will be). Be yourself and don't worry about comparisons. BTW, what sticks do you use?

H I am 73 Dutch. Always thougt thar Buddy Rich was the best, then came so many better ones, Steve Gadd, Vinnie Colojuta, Dave Weckl. I think you can beat them all. You only need to by yoy a jazz orchtra.
