1) Nemesis will follow you only through certain number of doors. If the tension music is still playing, that means he's still following you. When the music stops playing, he stopped following you. 2) He won't go through the door if the door is visible in your camera angle. 3) Since you're playing on Hard Mode, every time you "kill" Nemesis he will drop an item. It's either a weapon part or First Aid Box 4) You can also combine mutliple powders of the same type and it will give you more ammo. For example one A will give you 15 Bullets, but A + A will give you 35 Bullets and A + A + A will give you 55 Bullets. You can combine maximum of three powders (A + A + A, B + B + B, A + A + B, A + B + B, C + C + C). 5) You couldn't save to the other slots at the end because those are used by saves from other games, that's why it says Other Data. 6) That "noise" you heard twice is part of the music.
I remember playing this game with my cousins when we were kids. We would pause like every two steps and strategize just like you guys do. Ah so many good memories..

Yes! Re 1,2,3, and Veronica are my favorites! Learn about the Gunpowder mixtures for combos, alternative, and improved ammo. I think you have to make a certain type (Handgun,ShotShells,ect.) like 20-50 times and then you get improved ammunition. CCC or CAC or something is Magnum rounds ;)
if you go to weskers office an keep hitting the pickup button you get a picture an you take back to that save room under the stairs an it reveals something amazing ( you have to go into the picture inside the save room)
It has been quite a while since I've played this and completely forgot that Marvin was already dead when Jill shows up. Which isn't accurate because Marvin is still alive when Leon and Claire show up. Also the doors are boarded up for Jill but are normal for Leon and Claire. Doesnt make sense time period wise.
I've never put two and two together, but in re2 if you get to the rpd building without picking anything up Vickers is dead there with a special key. And in 3 he dies before Leon/Claire would have showed up
Everyone says reusing the same places was lazy but like... It's the same building at the sameish time as 2... I feel it would be awkward to see the layout or looks of the police station change... Like what? They remodeled during a zombie invasion before Clare and Leon get there. It was probably a thought through decision because you do go to new areas but you've already been to the police station.
OK very IMPORTANT thing reqarding fighting or running from Nemesis is that he will either try to punch you, grab you or if you are far away from him shoot you with rocket launcher. And here is the tricky part..... when your health is on caution or below when he will grab you he will try to kill you with his tentacle (just like with Brad) and then you need to press all buttons to get free. The more health you have (like Fine) the bigger chances are that you will break free from the grab but if not this is one hit kill for him....Otherwise a realy great episode. Have much fun. Tip from Karl86 to Mary :)
You guys stress way too much about saving when you've got 7 ink ribbons :) It's not going to screw you that badly to save twice in ~30 minutes. If anything you're probably making it needlessly difficult by being too conservative? I think your other runs have finished with surplus ribbons and ammo for guns like the grenade launcher (not sure if that's been used at all?).
While still not good, i think mary is getting a litte bit better at the gameplay. Mike come on dude, why the fuck could you not just play the game over the weekend so you can actually help her? Lol. Keep the videos guys
god this is so annoying.. 1) try remembering stuff for more than 5 seconds ("how many red herbs were there?", "check the map", "what happened to my bullets?"...) . it is really annoying when you guys don't pay attention. 2) nemesis turns up at specific locations as follows you through specific areas. 3) blue gem is for a puzzle later on. 4) you can't use cards on key doors.. don't you remember using the card on the PC in RE2... oh wait, more than 5 seconds... 5) you can mix 3 herbs together - blue red and green. no need to "save" reds. 6) you did dodge the dog, it didn't run around you.. 6) mixing 2 of the same gunpowders together gives you more ammo as a whole (like 35 compared to 2x15). (edit: 7) "why can't I save here?" = full memory card.. proof neither of you ever owned a PS1/PS2.. You only have a limited number of 'slots', and they are used by other games right now - probably RE2)
