- DCS with a new update. This time with the new Mirage F1EE. Purchasing the F1 will give 4 models with the F1CE and F1EE already available. The F1BB and F1M will be available in the future. 4 for the price of 1. Not a bad deal!

The EE's Super 230F's are a MASSIVE upgrade holy shit. Those things got some serious reach. Make you wonder how they do above 10,000ft.
Side Note - The F.1M is gonna be a monster among 3rd gen fighters. The Cyrano IVM radar is going to be a welcome upgrade. Watch out Floggers and Phantoms alike.
I gonna try to get more info on the missiles range but it is really nice! Watching my video I noticed I could fire the missile much sooner when I got a lock. Lol still figuring it out.
Also I’m not so sure if the F1M will be added to Enigmas Cold War sever. Probably on Tempest Blue Flash server.

@@DTMCRAZYGAMING From my understanding, the F.1M will not have better missiles than the F.1E. Instead, it has a better radar and better cockpit avionics. Perhaps more digital displays.
Edit: To my knowledge, the Super 530F should have a confident hit range at 10,000ft of around 8-10 miles as currently modeled. Anything up there within about 6 miles should be pretty much notch or die.
If the F1M is allowed in ECW I’d be fairly surprised.
It’s the same as the F1EE but with 4th gen avionics, HUD, and most importantly, situational awareness capacity.
Also, if the current F1s got all of their radar modes modeled, even the current F1 models would be insane. If you fiddle with the radar mode selector knob, you’ll see that there are a bunch of really cool modes that aren’t implemented. There’s a terrain-avoidance mode, air-to-ground ranging mode, and more. Hopefully they’re added sooner rather than later. I’d rather have a feature-complete F1E than an F1M to be honest.

Yeah not a fan of DCS servers always putting the French planes on redfor. Yeah people love to play out the gulf war rp but some of us especially on cold war wanna play the french or Spanish. If the top US plane is the F4 the Mirage should not be redfor. And I'm saying this as a Redfor main. I love the Redfor jets and I know they dont have as good of a selection or easy learning curve especially with the rwr but ones the flogger comes along it should be fine it's cold war gone hot not gulf war. Especially when the F4 is a twin seater that would remove the only Bluefor single seater with fox 1s and that makes no sense. In the same vein redfor helos definitely outdo the bluefor but we arent balancing that by saying well ukraine and other now western nations have hinds
I agree on the cold war scenario, but later (80s onwards) the red side does not have a single full fidelity model, so if you would give every "native" blue aircraft to blue, noone would play on the red side and PvP would be redundant. I think for a more realistic scenario, there are good PvE(vP) servers out there.
But I also sincerely hope that Mirage F1 will be given to blue, once the Flogger arrives. Before that, it would kill ECW, especially with the F4 coming out.
I’m fed up to see Mirage (M-2000C, F1) on red side ! F… these birds were designed to counter MiG !
Yea if you play on Tempest’s server. It wasn’t like that before for the M2000. Then they added the f16 and f18 and then everything changed!

Yes, and neither the French, nor the Spaniards were on the Red side in the Cold War. But in a Desert Storm Setting you would find them on the Iraqi side.

There may or may not be many differences between Dassault military aircrafts versions as Dassault use to identify each export vesion with it's specific letters. Thus you would never find any two same letters identifiers with 2 different countries, even if technically the aircrafts are the same. (F-1 EE were sold to Spain) Off course each country would order each model with slightly different avionic and stuff so these aircrafts are effectively slightly different, but usually not enough different to warrant a full new aircraft denomination as usually practised by other aircraft manufacturers.

@@DTMCRAZYGAMING look for the switch labelled Visu (Sight Selector) it's next to sidewinder/magic warming and firing fuel dipper switches on the front of the right console. It puts the HUD into approach mode so you get a little yellow cube showing you your velocity indicator, similar to what you get later on in the Mirage 2000. Place that little yellow cube at the runway threshold, trim to the right AoA and you're golden. 👍

You can’t access it on any of the quick plays?
So if you lock via the radar in HA mode, you wont get a steering cue and a square on the target ? its only available when using ACM mode of the radar ?
