My personal favorite is Studio Ghibli Inspired Themes and I have been using the spirited away theme for a very long time it works very well for me there are 2 other themes in the extension and spirited away seems to work the best for me

Awesome stuff! Noctis is also my personal favorite, and if you do like it I also suggest checking out Arctis (same syntax highlighting with some slight color tweaks) and Doctis (just changes the Uva and Violet themes, Uva is amazing)

oh wow finally find my theme, popping and locking is the theme I was looking for for a long time, warm color, colored variables (just not const), constrasted color for keywords, different color for CSS units, doesn't change so much with night mode.

That's a Genesis Microphone, not particularly an expensive one, however I'm considering to change it for the next year start - September in my case. To bring new updates in sound quality for the audience.

Something you may not be aware of is that your font may be adding to cognitive load, fonts with very curly serifs tend to add more brightness with bright themes. Less font lines, less light emitted.

Also consider dropping the font weight a bit, makes brighter themes more tolerable.
