  • Using the simple visualization technique explained in this video, you can enter the theta state of mind almost effortlessly, which will help you meditate and apply the law of attraction with ease.     I just tried my first ever meditation using your method, with a little twist. I listened to your method at 6:30 am when I was walking the dog. I then took what you said in another video, did some reading, and put a binary beats app on my phone to see if I could put myself into frequency. I then walked around the block testing a couple of the beats, and very quickly put myself into a sleep walking state and then a running, skipping, super active state. at 8 am I tried this meditation setting the beat to theta. in about 3 to 5 minutes, I was in deep outer space having the most amazing experience of my life! words can't describe it, so I won't try. I'm a very well educated guy, with a great career, who always thought this stuff was nonsense. well, I was wrong. I don't know what I just experienced, but I can swear to you I was closer to God/truth/love/whatever then I've ever been before. thank you for this, and your other videos. you have changed my life forever.

      I downloaded brain beats app, or something like that. Set it to the low end of the theta range. Still having pretty great meditations, but some are just okay. Im now able to have really nice meditations without the beats. Beats seem to help when its noisy, to block out the noise.

    ngl, my dad made me do this two years ago. making me practice with him. i actually entered in the theta state, stayed there for about twenty to forty seconds and i can say that those were the most calm and peaceful moments of my life. i came across this video after two years because i was wanting to try it again. i am so happy :))

    I can see lot of you are asking about "What happens to rock?"
    The logic of this imagination is you to connect yourself with interior of earth and the universe. You are connecting earth and the universe through that rope. Thats why he mentioned its an infinite rope.
    I got this answer in my theta state. Lol!!

      So you are saying we are tieing the rock and our ankle with the rope and once we come back to earth that rope goes from our head to chakra to universe so that we can able to connect, am I correct? Please reply me I am not understanding this that much that why asking

      Can you please help am doing this meditation since 40 days and still I can’t feel any benifit intact opposite happens I tend to get more angry . As soon as I imagine I see my past hurt and bullies

      @@Starrynigh88 then you need to heal that first. If that's what comes to your mind, good, observe it. Then picture as if you're swiping left, let that image of the situation move to the left. Or you can picture it like a screen on a rotating door. Then the next image should be you healing. Think of words like strong, happy, peaceful, or envision something like you hiking, or chatting w friends, then when that settles in picture something that you really want to manifest, let those emotions build up and then release with a breath.

    Oh My god, I actually Felt all my body extremely weightless and I tried a manifestation of my spoiled speaker start working, for a few minutes it Didn't work, but believe just in a few minutes it did start working with full volume and bass. I'm so happy, thanks a lot buddy

      I did the same my earphone wasn't working and then it took some day I was constantly telling my self my earphones are working... Even thhou the were new the stopped working.... But after some day it started working... I m so greatful for that

    I don't think I can explain what I just experienced. I felt my mind feeling my body, I was separated and aware of my senses. I could control before connecting to my body again. I could imagine anything I wanted and once I came back as one to my body and senses. I felt in peace. Thank you for this effortless awakening

    Meditation primarily helps in reduction of useless thoughts coming in mind and makes room for some of the creative thoughts.
    If anyone's mind get distracted due to negative thoughts, just let the thoughts come and go.
    Assume the position of lighted ball you remember previously and continue meditation.
    This type of infinite length rope definitely helps to make one stable and it connects you to the earth and environment, ultimately to the universe.

    amazing..I did the steps today. went to theta state in the morning and manifested a call for my friend with the condition that I'll talk to my friend for more than 30mins as I have become distant from my friends these days. Guess what I got call from my friend in the evening and we talked for around 2.5 hours. this is incredible.

    Thank you so much for this video!🙏😊An amazing thing happened while I was in Theta! When I finished the process of entering the Theta state I asked a question what is my purpose here on Earth. Almost immediately number 7 began flashing in front of me! After that there was silence so I returned to normal state. After that I searced on the internet what number 7 means and it says:"Angel number 7 is related to inner wisdom, mysticism, intuition and inner strength.","It's an assurance that whatever you're planning to do, or thinking of deciding on, will be the best thing for you." I was planning to do affirmations about the life I wanted and I started doing them. I'm looking forward to a prosper and fulfilled life and shifting my mindset now that I'm shure it is the right thing to do.

    This was comprehensive and very effective for me. I just got laid off due to the Federal Government shut down and instead of stressing I'm finding techniques to help me reach the theta wave state so that I can visualize and manifest what I want to unfold. This helped me a lot and I will now listen to the theta wave sounds as my background when I work on my computer and also relaxing. Thank you.

    Thank you for your video. I just discovered theta and I cannot believe how much better I feel. I have used a mix of meditation and binaural beats and had amazing success after just a few sessions. I am not the holistic type at all, but was pointed in this direction by a psychologist. Take it from a non believer folks, this works!

    Hii Suyash...I want to share one small manifestation I made today...I was craving to eat samosas today...and I just imagined the feeling of actually eating it and later I forgot about it...Guess what...my Dadaji bought samosas on the same day in the evening...I was shocked... because it was rare...I am so grateful to the universe for this manifestation 🍀🌠

      The wind pushing feeling is your awareness passing through your aura layer which consists of 7 chakra layers starting with your root and the last layer your being your crown then you enter black space where you will see a white or blue orb of light which is your soul. Ask it - show me your true form - it's guided form will be revealed.

      Pls reply, Do we have to visualise a white ball of light inside our body and that ball of light is moving down or upward or i have to visualise myself moving as sir said that visualise yourself as a white ball of light? What is the meaning of collecting body consciousness around that ball ( does it means only focus on that white ball?) ?

    Thank you for reminding me of this. We used to do this in 1999 in what my friends called "light work." Your visualizations are very good and really help to relax and calm the mind and body. I practiced qigong for 22 years, and we used to expand our mind not only to the far reaches above an below, but to each side, creating what we called a chi/energy field. I quit because I found energy was being taken from the group and going to the presenter, and we were being energy vampired/drained. This itself is simple and relaxing, and will help with what I am trying to do to heal myself with energy. Thanks so much!

    Thank you for this video. I am new to meditation and was using binaural beats to help myself reach the theta state. I could feel some difference, but nothing like your technique.     Hello suyash.
    This was the first tine i tried meditation or whatever it is called. The way you guided me, the way i kept following your instructions, whatever it was.. It was magical..!
    I won't say, i have a smile on my face, after experiencing that state, maybe i did like 0.0001% of what actual theta is, but wjatever it was, it was simply amazing. The way, you say, let that ball escape through your feet, i felt my head and arms getting lighter, and when the ball returned, bloob flew through arms and head again..
    When the ball escape through my head, my lower body felt light..
    I don't understand, how did this happen, but yes, today i believe, there's something called meditation and iam going to Prattice it everyday..!

    Your voice is so calming and soothing. I just closed my eyes and listened to the audio. I automatically ended up in meditation, which I could not do otherwise although I tried for several years. When I finally, finished meditation , although the audio had long back finished, I was so refreshed. Its addictive. I am going to do it again !!! and again. thanks buddy.

    I enjoyed your explanation and experience. I would like to add to your experience. Sometimes it takes longer for some to let go and experience meditation. My greatest lesson I've learned is, to do small meditation throughout the day to keep yourself in a more relaxed state. While you are enjoying your breakfast or driving to your work, remind yourself to not think about what you have to do next after your breakfast or what you have to do at work. Live in the moment and REMIND yourself to relax. Keep your mind clear. Hope this helps.

    Thank you so much! As a creator it's very important I be in theta state. I normally listen to chanting music which helps me get in the zone. With this meditation I was able to visualize every step easily and reach theta effectively. I really enjoyed this very much it was unlike any meditation I've ever tried.       I find it on YT. I've created playlists which can be accessed thru my home channel page. I'm not positive it's all Theta state but it does help me reach meditative state which allows me to do my most creative work.

    It exactly took me 15 mins to automatically come back to become conscious again. I was literally feeling lighter that all my sourced energy is moving that white ball of my energy, my consciousness.
    How I am so sure that it took me 15 mins exactly without keeping timer is I started at 5:05 am then it took me around 2-3 mins to gather my consciousness as white ball inside my body. Then I guided my consciousness white ball down and up and back down to me. When I was conscious again I checked time on my mobile it was 5:23 am.😁

    OMG. So that's the theta state. I've done this for years to put myself to sleep. My grandmother taught me as a child. I flow the light from crown to feet, then fold myself into God's robes as I fall asleep for a sensation of warmth and comfort. Using this image in my meditation allows me to instantly trance. It's an anchor to theta. Wow! TY!😁💕💖

    I wish I had known about your channel years ago. Deep, deep thanks for this lesson. I actually have a wireless brainwave device. Even in a meditative state, it shows that I produce very little Theta. I'm very much looking forward to trying this method.

    I've done this 2 years ago. My visualization process was simplified because I skipped the grounding part. I've placed a NLP anchor to access the state at will, and this trigger still works today. Whenever I use it, my eyes start to twitch (REM), my heartbeat slows and I can be in "theta" while awake.
    I put theta between comas in the last statement because I'm not sure if my brain resonates within theta brainwave range when I use this trigger. Reason that lead me to think that I might actually not be in theta is the fact that I've done accidental astral projections before (usually at night while trying to sleep) and I know that those occur in theta state. I also remember being totally relaxed, seeing colors, hearing noises that couldn't be produced by anything in my room and having trouble thinking, just like ego doesn't exist anymore, it's actually hard to control your mind while in that state.
    Another thing that correlates with this, is that I start hearing a high pitched noise, even in the quietest room.
    Now, I can achieve this state just by relaxing with my eyes closed. It takes me around 20 minutes to do so without making use of any particular technique, just relaxing with an empty mind.
    Thing is, when I get into it, I see a flash of light out of nowhere, it's like I'm in a dark tunnel and all of a sudden there's the train light.
    While I know it WILL happen, I have no clue WHEN it will happen. When this happens I usually get "scared" and my brainwaves go up, so I can't anchor in that particular state. I believe I can do it if I take a day or two just to tackle this goal but anyway...
    Am I really resonating with theta brainwaves when I use this technique that resembles a lot like yours?
    Because I've been there before while conscious and the experience is a lot different from what I get by using the trigger.

      +MindBodySpirit Please allow me to ask you a question. I did this Theta meditation but something happened that got me scared so I stopped the meditation. I know there's nothing to be scared of since cosmic energy is positive (except the dark one) but anyway. 10 minutes into the meditation when I was picturing the blueish orb, I felt a certain pressure or a vacuum in my head as if I was about to be pulled out of my body. Is this a normal sensation?

      leon davis What about when you are having a dream while sleeping? :) You can see things in your mind when meditating - in fact, most people can't help but see things when their eyes are closed. Regulating this and visualizing desirable things is one of the most beneficial thing a person can learn.

    Suyesh, I do a similar technique for visualising and manifesting that was taught to me.
    What I do is I imagine a light shining down from the sky, 300 feet above my head. The light goes through my entire body and goes to the centre of the Earth. The light then bounces back from the centre of the Earth and comes up, through my body, to my heart. Then I imagine the light that is came from above and below is connected to me in my heart and it creates a ball of light in my heart. I then expand this ball so its, bigger than me. Then keep expanding so its bigger than my house etc. until its bigger than the world.
    Can you explain if this is theta? Is my technique working just as well or should I use your technique as well?

    I tried this around 4 to 5 times. It is really powerful type of meditation I ever did. But the problem is everytime I end up sleeping. I can't able to say any affirmation or suggestion.

      Set a resolute intention at the beginning of your practice. Say: "I will not fall asleep. I will remain alert." Do this every time you practice. Also, make sure that you get enough sleep and rest before you practice. Your mind and body will prioritize sleep if you're very stressed.

    I would like some clarification of your instructions to this video. you said that after we tie this infinite length rope to this rock and the ball we are in, we begin to rise up and finally in this blue light. at this point, are we still tied to this rope?
