How to Prepare for Start Heating Up Kiln Cement _English Version.
To operate a cement factory, there are several stages that were carried out previously, : preparation of start firing for Heating Up, Heating Up Kiln and Start Up Kiln operations.
The field operator checks all equipment, and ensures that all equipment is in a condition ready to be operated from the central control room.
Prepare the equipment for starting firing, and the CCR Operator creates a Heating Up curve that will be used as a guide in carrying out the Heating Up Kiln.
We made this video using the Simulex simulator program made by KHD.
This Simulex Simulator makes it very easy to train Prospective CCR Operators, before they Operate a real Cement Plant.
