I just have a doubt, about the transcript, my college scale is 10 point but they are asking for a 4 point scale. Even if I get a converted transcript, my college is not ready to accept it and the converted transcript costs more than 20k, May I know how you submitted your transcript?

You are not eligible for this year because from previous year onwards they stopped accepting provisional certificates but still wait for the guidelines

If you send them the documents then they won't return it. 😅 that's why we don't send original documents we have to take Xerox of original documents and apostille the Xerox copies and send those apostilled copies to Gks
Hello i have a question for the visa process even if you are a scholarship students how much amount do we need to show in our back account for the visa process.

We have to stay in some hotel there for a few days or can we directly go to the hostel? Also, do we have to pay the hostel rent of first month from our pocket ?
You can directly go to the college hostels and about the payment it depends from college to college, we paid after getting the money from scholarship but few other gks students had to pay in the first month only so they paid from their pocket :/
Through gks, only seoul National University offers proper 6 year medical course through embassy track. No other University offers medicine as it take 6 yrs to complete it, so it's really time consuming. All other courses under gks are 3-4 yrs duration courses. There are also others courses like health administration in medicine department (kongju National University).Hope that helps😊
also for transcript and degree, do i need to apostille every 4 documents (1 original and 3 photocopies) or just apostille 1 orginal document and then get a 3 photocopies of it.
@@kdream_28 wow thank you for clearing my doubts. really appreciate it. although i have one more doubt, my last transcript only specifies the cgpa and not the gpa. and i saw in the niied doc, that its ok if the last transcript shows the final cgpa regardless of the gpa. so im just apostilling the last transcript. it will be considered right?

I submitted how my college gave it. With 10 points scale (you can submit however your college gives it)

You can just write medicine, science or biology as major. And it's okay to not have extra curricular certificates as they are just optional documents

You can get the letter of top 20% from your college with sign/seal
hi akka, im from hyderabad too and this video is by far the best one for explaining clearly about the expense of the scholarship :D but i want to apply for the undergraduate program 2026 as im in the first year of my intermediate. im still confused as im preparing for jee and other competitive exams . as i want to apply for the gks scholarship, after i come to the second year i have to start preparing my documents from the starting of the year so that theyll be ready for sending at the time of september . what do you suggest? would it be better if i completed my bachelors and then go for gks or directly apply for gks for bachelors??🤔

While I am confident about various of my abilities for my college, I got a gpa of 7.6 or 76% but the minimum requirement is 80%, do you think I still stand a chance of getting it? I do have things such as research in my bachelor and various participation certificates and freelancing portfolio. Thanks much
If you are confident and convince Gks that your skills and passion towards your major is strong then marks won't matter much.

You are not eligible for this year because from previous year onwards they stopped accepting provisional certificates but still wait for the guidelines
Original degree is important for application :/ so you have to wait for a year and then apply

I have cleared all of my doubts about GKS money spending but I have one doubt i.e., you told that you got your VISA just before the day of your departure then when did you booked your ticket ? If you send them the documents then they won't return it. 😅 that's why we don't send original documents we have to take Xerox of original documents and apostille the Xerox copies and send those apostilled copies to Gks

There's no required amount that you have to show. Just bank statement will do.

We have to stay in some hotel there for a few days or can we directly go to the hostel? Also, do we have to pay the hostel rent of first month from our pocket ?
You can directly go to the college hostels and about the payment it depends from college to college, we paid after getting the money from scholarship but few other gks students had to pay in the first month only so they paid from their pocket :/

Through gks, only seoul National University offers proper 6 year medical course through embassy track. No other University offers medicine as it take 6 yrs to complete it, so it's really time consuming. All other courses under gks are 3-4 yrs duration courses. There are also others courses like health administration in medicine department (kongju National University).Hope that helps😊

hello, is birth certificate really important for proof of citizenship? or passport will do? because, my birth certificate has some mistakes
also for transcript and degree, do i need to apostille every 4 documents (1 original and 3 photocopies) or just apostille 1 orginal document and then get a 3 photocopies of it.
i meant scanned of the original document when i say original document

@@kdream_28 wow thank you for clearing my doubts. really appreciate it. although i have one more doubt, my last transcript only specifies the cgpa and not the gpa. and i saw in the niied doc, that its ok if the last transcript shows the final cgpa regardless of the gpa. so im just apostilling the last transcript. it will be considered right?
