Yes, 1st happens just before the 385. We have worked on our roast since this video and are now roasting to right at 400 and are really loving the flavor.

Hi im using the same roaster. But my ror is realy low and roast time is above 30 mins.. at full power. Do you have the heater and the hot air at 100%?

He drops at 395-400 degrees it looks like, so no, its not dark.
There is no 2nd crack at 400, on my yoshan 2nd crack starts at about 428
No, we roast medium to right at 400. Just the flavor we love.
