Besides being white she also has ginger hair, which is kind of common in Russia. I think that individuals from this country are one of the biggest groups of foreigners who marry Koreans. To sum it up, yes this person can easily be the girl from the video.

Although I'm enjoying looking at SHINee in various costumes, settings and formations, the actual music video doesn't need any of this. The final editing is perfect. Extras and dancers distract and detract from these gorgeous fellows. "Your Number" is not my favorite song of theirs but it's my favorite MV.
