Sera really caused so many problems. Adam wasn't supposed to attack Charlie and Hellborns; however, he broke the rules. Sera failed to stop Adam when Adam and his angels were breaking the rules. Sera was supposed to enforce the rules, but she didn't. Emily and possibly others will begin to question Sera.
A lot of people overlook this detail in the finale. Lucifer may have formed his agreement to allow the extermination as a deal. 'Sure, kill them all...just...leave the Hellborn demons alone...' Lucifer was most likely unable to intervene unless they broke the deal first, which is why he didn't do anything until Dazzle died.

In the first episode, Charlie and the Hellborns were pardon from Extermination, but Adam and his angels broke the deal. This is what Sera gets for leaving Adam and his angels unsupervised. Sera has to deal with Adam's death and Lute being in charge. Now we will see how she will handle Sir Pentious since he's in Heaven as a Winner.

And most likely Lilith never knew about exterminations since she wouldn't allowed it because Charlie herself says that she cared about her people and her kingdom.
Y’all really have not been listening to the lore so far. Adam was the one who begged her to let him do the exterminations. The only reason she said yes is because he said it was a solution. He used her paranoia to manipulate her into giving him what he wanted. She didn’t even wanna do it when he first suggested it, but hells numbers kept rising and it felt like the only option despite how cruel it sounded.

As for Lute, they probably won’t out right sack her either but still keeping an eye on her and the Exorcists none the less.
They will soon since only the Big G can make full decisions, but in my opinion, I don’t think a soul can be redeemed after death unless the soul in heaven are at peace, they don’t hold grudges anymore, forgives a soul, and allow the Big G to redeem then I’ll be fine with it
We'll see how much worse Sera's morality will get the moment she saw Sir Pentious get transported to Heaven. There's also a fanmade comic that features Sera being her conservative self and later cutting her hand with a knife, and to her horror, discovering that she is bleeding red blood instead of gold blood as if her actions turned her into a sinner. She fearfully denied it the moment she saw that revelation. It’s a pretty dark turn of event, but that would definitely be a useful punishment for her if she were to go any further with her selfish actions.

I honestly don’t understand how Sera expected the trial with Vaggie and Charlie to not end up with the topic of extermination, even if Adam wasn’t there. Literally the main reason they’re trying to advocate for redemption is so people don’t get killed in the exterminations, it had to come up at some point in the trial.
It kills me that they don’t bat an eye at Adam cussing but was about the murder Charlie over it. I get it that’s the point it’s supposed to show the hypocrisy here that they’re punishing sinners for being evil by straight up murdering them.
