hey this just popped up on my recommended so i gave it a watch, and i enjoyed the reaction! so the category you watched is technically the true "any%" but this category was only recently added because of a change in rules. unrestricted uses a force quit to initiate a wrong warp which you saw in the beginning, and force quits used to be banned in the game rules until a recent vote that decided we'd create a new category for it. so the category most people will refer to as "any%" is Shura Restricted, which has force quits banned but still uses the major glitches like airswim and such. also i'd recommend you watch the Shura Glitchless run as it is way more similar to a casual playthrough and skips no mandatory bosses
