Parrot's Beak Pre Bonsai Fall Cut Back With Crazy Water Shoot Branch!

This is the top of the very first parrot's beak I ever purchased. I removed it from the parent tree because it was a giant jumbled mess. Since then I have just grown in on without ever trimming it to shape. Today I just cut it back one more time mainly because a water shoot emerged near the base of the trunk that got so tall that the plant was falling over at the slightest provocation.
